• Incorporate the code or interface layouts into commercial financial services without appropriate attribution and permission.
• Exploit rate calculators or exports for malicious scraping.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

This application is provided **"as is"** and **"as available"** without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

The financial calculators, health score suggestions, and currency rates are generated algorithmically for educational and personal organization purposes. They do not constitute professional financial advice. Always consult with certified financial planners before making large investment decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Since your transaction records are stored entirely on your local machine, BMI Money Manager is not liable for data loss due to browser storage clearings, device failure, or browser updates. You are encouraged to regularly export your data (using our CSV/Excel export tools) for backup.

5. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the application at any time without notice. Future updates may introduce account sync structures that will run under expanded terms of service.
